This was only Pena's third start of the 2015 season and just his second since taking over Max Siegel's #42 Special Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Toyota from Jay Beasley. 2. Austin Hill had the best car late in the race with Dalton Sargeant hot on his heels. Hill's shot for victory came up short when he went wide in got in the grass at the Roller Coaster turn on the penultimate lap, losing his momentum and several spots as the white flag flew. Sargeant led at the start-finish line but he too went too wide and got in the grass at turn one to hand the lead to Pena. With the two drivers in front of him gone Pena held off Kaz Grala, who did attempt unsuccessfully to win using the old chrome horn, through the last lap and took the victory. Pena is just filling in the #42 Toyota right now as Beasley is having some medical issues that are keeping him out of the car. This was the K&N East series' last standalone race of the season. Their final two races this year will be undercard events for the major touring series at Richmond and Dover. 4. Haley has potential, but it's too soon to make a lot of predictions. 6.
