Y'all should post the ARCA, ARCA West, and ARCA East entry lists on the 'new on this site" section like you do for the Cup, Xfinity, and Truck entry lists 2. The #43 Daniel Dye had engine problems that resulted in his car catching on fire. They changed engines but didn't run a lap in qualifying. 6. rm posted: 02.08.2021 - 7:26 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Sure looks like the 43 of Dye turned 2 laps and qualified 8th to me. 7. Excited to see what he can do in something other than Troy Williams cars. 8. turtlemaster942 posted: 02.08.2021 - 9:28 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Max Gutiérrez starts on the front row but misses a shift and holds up the whole line of cars behind him, he's made his way back up to the top 10 by lap 30. Taylor Gray leads the first handful of laps until Parker Retzlaff manages to make his way up to the lead while driving side-by-side with Jack Wood the whole time. Retzlaff absolutely takes off and has a 4.158-second gap to Gray in P2 by lap 43. 9. He had planned to use the same car at Daytona later in the week. 26. RaceFanX posted: 02.09.2021 - 9:36 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) WHAT A FINISH! Taylor Gray led on the final lap only to have Sammy Smith put the bumper to him off Turn 4. Smith's move got him the lead but only briefly as it forced both cars up the track allowing third-place Max Gutierrez to go low, push the pedal to the floorboard, and beat them both to the line in a door-banging finish that almost saw all three wreck. Gutierrez only led the money lap and bags his first win in just his third ARCA East start. This is the first ARCA East win for a non-American driver, coming in the series' second season with these records, with Gutierrez' victory being the first win for a Mexican driver in the East tour since Ruben Garcia, Jr. won the 2018 season finale at Dover when this tour was still the NASCAR K&N East Series. That finish reminded me of the NASCAR Busch race at Rockingham in 1995 where Todd Bodine made the same move and stole one from Johnny Benson, Jr. and Mike Wallace. Nice driving Max! 27.
