Chad Little leads flag to flag and records his first NASCAR Northwest
Tour victory as the series travels north of the border into Canada for
the first time, racing at British Columbia's Western Speedway.

The Victorian track would become a series staple in its early years,
hosting 10 races over the course of four seasons.
