Rick Schultz was seemingly on his way to his first win in the series in a decade only for his car to break, heartbreakingly under yellow no less, and hand the lead to Habich in the closing laps who then held off Chad Bennett in a three-lap, one-on-one shootout to take the victory. Habich led only the last six laps of this race and they would be the only laps he ever led on the tour. The 1995 season was the only one where he ran full time in the series and he'd go on to finish second in points behind Ron Eaton. 2. He was a full-time competitor again, albeit with a DNQ in there, in 2005. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Post a comment:* Your comment may not appear immediately - all comments must be approved by the moderator.
