Ken Kaltschmidt has a career night and he turns his first NASCAR
Raybestos Northwest Series pole into his lone victory in the series
although he didn't do it on the track. Ron Eaton dominated the race and
was initially flagged as the winner only to later be disqualified for
using a nonconforming fuel.

Eaton had a heroic drive in this one as a pebble was lodged in one of
his eyes but he still was first to finish seeing out of the other one.
Too bad it was all for naught.

Garrett Evans won the pole (6-car invert)

First caution - 18, 75, 86 accident
Third caution - 21, 64 accident frontstretch

Eaton wasn't the first recipient of a penalty in the race. John Bender
was black-flagged after jumping the first restart but rallied back and
was eventually credited with fifth place.
