Note: We have only the top10 and the 21st position.
Note: 21 cars started the race.

Per a program for this race Dick Getty, Bob Stanclift, and George Seeger
were in this race. Getty and Stanclift were in Chevrolets, Seeger in a
Ford.

I was able to do a little more research.

Bob Stanclift was in the No. 39, Owner: Roy Dean

Dick Getty was in the No. 00, Owner: Dick Getty.

Owner for George Seeger: Oscar Maples.

I was able to find another photo of the program for this race.

Jim Reed was in the No. 7 Chevrolet.

George Seeger was in the No. 11
