Scotty Cain wins on the Fourth of July '69 in a car owned by Bill
Clinton...just not the Bill Clinton you just thought of right now who
was once the President of the United States. This Bill Clinton was a
West Coast racer from California.

This was the first of two wins for Cain in '69.
