It appears that this race wasn't actually at Klamath (Falls) Speedway,
but at the earlier Community Park Raceway, a 3/8mi dirt oval that closed
after the 1969 season, replaced by the paved KFS.

NASCAR says it was Community Park Raceway.

Note: yes it's just an encoding error. It's the Community Park Raceway
located at Klamath Falls, OR. But it's size was good to .300 mile to the
measures identified by NASCAR. We will fix the name.
