The first 9 races of the season were run under the name NASCAR Pacific Coast Late Model Series. But actually for technical reasons we can not divide the season into two different names in the database of the website. 2. It was decided to name the PCLM in NASCAR West Series (also called NASCAR Western Grand National). Moreover it coincides with the requirement by NASCAR to have radio communication between the race director and all drivers.
