makes its return to Douglas County Speedway after a one-year absence.
The series wouldn't return to the track for more than three decades.

I'd be impressed if he managed to start 0th. Maybe he's listed like that
because he didn't start? But I thought DNS were usually listed in their
qualifying position...I mean, if he didn't start, he couldn't have
finished 20th, either.

Well, the only position on the starting grid that's not accounted for is
20th.

As far as a DNS not being able to finish, I don't have an answer for
you. I know some DNS were technically WDs or in some cases even DNQs
depending on the series.
