Note: the race #6 initially planned at Spokane the July 1st, 1979
(Winston Spokane 100) was cancelled due to rain and was postponed to
August 31, 1979.

Track name was ?Rose City Speedway? from 1979-1983

First caution - 18, 73 accident turn 1
Third caution - 78 oil on track

Supposedly Hume, Stierly and Dowdy all missed the green flag and joined
the race in progress, but I'm having a hard time finding any real
evidence of that.
