Sure looks like it...

If you think that's funny, then check out the 1990 ARCA Toledo 125.
10-time champ Frank Kimmel made his series debut that day, but that
wasn't the most important fact about that race. 4 of the top 5 finishers
were named Bob - and the lone holdout was named Bobby!

@2 - That is crazy, but the 1990 Miller Genuine Draft 150 a few races
before that is even better, with 4 Bobs in a row and 2 Bobbys in 1st and
8th!
