First Winston West race at Colorado National Speedway (or at least the
first post-1971 race there)

1993 Winston West champ Rick Carelli makes his only start of the 1995
season, by this point he'd moved up to become a regular in the then-new
NASCAR SuperTruck Series (now the Camping World Truck Series).
