This was the last West/Cup combination race.

The 1st yellow was caused by the #20 blowing up, oil on the track. The
2nd yellow was caused by the #81 going up and over the tire barriers
going into the carousel, turn 6.The 3rd and final yellow was caused by
the #98 and the #9 crashing out of turn 11.

Butch Gilliland finishes 24th and gets the points for a win as the West
guys were all also-rans against the Cup racers in this one. The big
story overall was Mark Martin's dominant drive to victory as he won his
first Cup race in more than a year.
