at the time.

Johnny Benson's crew chief, James Ince, was fined $10,440 because Benson
won Saturday's Winston West event with an unapproved intake manifold.

The story was that it was one of DW's old truck engines (Beverly bought
Waltrip's team) and it was not quite Winston West Legal.
