Johnny Borneman III's first Winston West win

Last West series race to date at Tucson. This race marked the series
return to the track after a one year absence.

Local racer John Baker makes his only Winston West start and wins the
pole, leads the opening lap then finishes in the top-10. Baker was sadly
lose his life the following year in a Southwest Tour series crash at
Irwindale.
