Fifth caution - 5, 12, 45, 65 accident turn 1

3 status - out of gas

On the final restart, following a big crash that set up a
green-white-checkered, one of the few lead lap cars that was left ran
out of gas as Steve Portenga never got it going and failed to make it
back around to see the white flag - or the checkers.
