At the age of 74 Hershel McGriff picks up his last top-10 before he
entered retirement...of course he unretired seven years later and has
been running road course races in West ever since so another one isn't
out of the question.

I don't know how McGriff got a top 10 at the age of 74. And yes, it is
the K&n(or winston west) series, so, it makes a little sense, but still!

He's the great Hershel McGriff, what can he not do? He drove a damn
stock car at the age of 90 for pete's sake!

Herschel ran a race this year at the age of 90. He finished last, but
did finish, and he's 90!
