First of two Winston West wins for Burney Lamar, coming in the second of
his four starts in the series.

Lamar made a clean last turn pass for the lead from 3rd. Not a too
common sight anywhere.

First caution - 08, 20 accident dogleg/backstretch
Second caution - 00 spun turn 2
Third caution - 5, 8 accident dogleg/backstretch
Fourth caution - 61 spun turn 1
Fifth caution - 02 slow on the track
Sixth caution - 18 debris turn 3
Seventh caution - 5 spun turn 2

Broadcast said this was the first-ever night race at Phoenix. Not sure
if they mean in just the West Series or the first night race there in
general.

Ryan Moore and Scott Lynch were so busy racing each other that Burney
Lamar went from trying to not get passed by Steve Portenga to making a
last-second pass for the win.
