I knew I should have made a left turn at Albuquerque and 22 drivers
certainly made a lot of them here. The NASCAR West series makes its
first-ever visit to New Mexico (since 1971 at least) for its first race
at the Sandia Motor Speedway.

19-year-old Dallas Montes finishes second in his K&N West series debut.

And 15-year-old Hannah Newhouse finishes a solid sixth in her debut.
She's gonna be one to watch over the next few years.
