Pursley was black flagged for jumping the final restart and penalized to
last car on the lead lap. No contact from Lupton.

After seeing the finish, kind of a bullsh*t call, IMO. According to the
FS1 broadcast crew (Ray Dunlap, Phil Parsons) the restart rules are a
little different in that the leader may restart in the vicinity of the
"restart box" just past turn 4, rather that right in the box, but it
looked to me that Pursley just got a better restart than Lupton. He
didn't clearly jump it (a la Jimmie Johnson, Dover 2013), he just took
off first, you know, since he's the leader.

Also, James Bickford was involved in the wreck with Kelly Admiraal on
lap 99, but came back to finish fourth! Bickford looped his car around
without hitting the wall, while Admiraal crushed the wall in turn 2.

Ray Dunlap and Phil Parsons were the commentators. Heather DeBeaux was
the sole pit road reporter.
