First race that drivers could collect points for both K&N series, and
Todd Gilliland used it to his advantage, winning the race, collecting
the max for both. Leading the K&N West standings, he closed the gap to
Burton for the East title.

Will Gilliland be the first to win both in the same year?

Since Todd is running for both championships, does this count as two
wins for him? One for the East and one for the West?

I see no reason why it wouldn't count as a win in each series for
Gilliland, as he is the only driver competing full time in both series
and the only one in this race eligible for points in both series
(according to NASCAR's standings, all other drivers got points in one
series or the other, not both).
