Clearly the asterisks designate randomly selected drivers who have had
an asterisk placed after their names randomly.

Actually they appear to indicate which drivers are rookies.

Surprised to see three drivers from outside North America in the field
in this series, especially at an oval short track instead of a road course.

Riley Herbst "sponsor" is Terrible Herbst? Is that a marketing thing or
a description of his ARCA season?

8 - didn't realize top 5 in points while missing a race and getting a
win at Pocono was terrible. If he was old enough to race Daytona he
would have definitely finished 3rd in points. What a terrible season
that was...not...

@9 it is terrible when you're racing Gibbs equipment in ARCA and earned
a bad reputation on track.

Yeah, it was not a great season for Herbst considering he had probably
the best equipment in all of ARCA and still had some of the runs that he
did.

@8 - Terrible Herbst is a gas station chain his family owns that
operates in Nevada, California, Utah and Arizona.

You're pretty mistaken if you think that the ARCA Gibbs equipment is
comparable to the Cup Gibbs equipment. MDM was easily the best team in
ARCA this season in terms of equipment. Gibbs was no slouch put I'd
probably put them below Schrader and Cunningham and on par with Mason
Mitchell as to who had the best stuff this year. Schrader had 7 wins,
MDM had 6, everyone else combined had 7. And 2 of those 7 were from part
time teams (Finley & Allgaier).

Won't deny that he has a bad reputation on the track though.
