That's the case unless we somehow end up with more than 25 cars, in which case Thorn would have to finish 25th or better to clinch the title. 4. So The Title Fight Is Still On, But This Will Be It. 5. This was quite a competitive season, with 4 drivers finishing within a race of the championship and 8 different winners in 14 races. 2019 promises to be a great year, as well! 11. wt22063 posted: 10.28.2018 - 8:20 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) And now who will get the call to step up to the big leagues? C/W Truck or Xfinity. 12. I think he's deserving of a ride, he's put in two solid, solid seasons. As much as I would love to see Thorn/Partridge break in, they don't have any money and you need that to go places in NASCAR, even to get a lesser ride in Trucks/Xfinity. That being said, Rouse popped up out of nowhere for a start with BJ McLeod Motorsports in the Xfinity Series at Las Vegas where there was no title sponsor listed. It's a coin toss as to if him/Partridge/Thorn (I'd even go Huddleston) pop up for a random one-off Truck/Xfinity race. Of course, I'm not even gonna touch the Deegan hype train. Other than that, I don't see any of these drivers making a leap to national series. The one outside pick is Vanderwal, if Cody Lane can acquire a 2011 Xfinity chassis I guess there are more of them out there than I think. He seems like the kind of kid to make a nice run at it with his core group. 14. Anonymous posted: 10.28.2018 - 9:34 pm Rate this comment: (0) (0) Kraus is running a DGR truck at Phoenix 15. See what happens. She showed skill. Now she needs to hone it. She would be about 19 then and that is still early on. If she has anything in that right foot, she will be in Cup in 2021 because they will need her badly. No need to rush and turn her into another Bubba. 17. nascar_vd / racing-reference.info posted: 10.29.2018 - 10:15 am Rate this comment: (1) (0) Note: most popular driver was none awarded in 2017 (in all NASCAR touring series) and not again in 2018. 18.
