Tire changer Chris Abblett, part of Jeremy Bowser's team, was pumping a
tire during practice when it blew up, dealing fatal injuries to Abblett.

I think 40 and 39th. DNF because i dont think both would only complete
31 or 33 laps

Jon Wood makes his USAR ProCup debut and immediately scores his best
career finish in second. He run the series full time during the 2000
season.

Stacy Puryear finished third after winning the pole. An impressive run,
made even more impressive by the fact that he was sick in the hospital
the day before the race!

Marty Ward took the lead and then wrecked in turn 1 when the brakes went
soft. Harsh.

Brian Drebber and Bill Venturini were the commentators. Stephen Cox was
the sole pit road reporter.
