Jon Wood's second and final ProCup pole translates into a strong race
where he led the most laps before finishing second to Bobby Gill,
matching his best finish in the series. Wood had four top-5s in the
first 10 races of 2000 but would not finish better than seventh over the
course of the final 10 race. He did not return to the series after 2000
as he moved up to higher levels in NASCAR.

All of the cars without DNF reasons were "mechanical"
