This was the first race ever at Iowa Speedway, the speedway offically
opened with this event. ARCA made their first appearence at the track
the next month with NASCAR, IndyCar and Grand-Am arriving in 2007.

In the race itself Woody Howard becomes the track's first winner and
scores his lone USAR ProCup win of 2006 in the process.

Rick Benjamin and Scott Sutherland were the commentators. Brett McMillan
was the sole pit road reporter.
