Jay Fogleman scores his 10th and final USAR Hooters ProCup victory in
his final season on the tour, this was his first win since his triumph
at Motor Mile Speedway all the way back in 2003.

This was Fogleman's next-to-last start in the series.

It was also the series' last race at Southern National Speedway. There
was another ProCup race scheduled here for 2009 but it was cancelled and
replaced by a second race at Langley as Southern National has for the
most part closed down.
