This is his first series championship. Holman and championship runner-up J.P. Morgan were the only drivers to run all 12 of this season's races (Jeff Oakley ran the first 10 before dropping off the tour). 2013 series champion Clay Rogers returns for just his second start of 2014 to finish on the podium. NASCAR racer Steve Wallace returns to ProCup for his first start since 2005 and nets a top-5. 5. It was still a fun series to watch. It won't soon be forgotten given the talented drivers it developed, like Brian Vickers and Joey Logano, and the innovations it tried, being the first stock car series with a year-end championship playoff. He did not compete in the new CARS series during 2015. Todd Gilliland finishes second in his only ProCup start. It's surprising he didn't win looking back because he later won his CARS Late Model Stock Tour, ARCA, K&N West, and K&N East debut races. 23.
