What is the points system that this series uses? Looks like winner gets
33 points + 1 for laps led? Then down by 2 to 2nd & 1 after that, 2 for
most laps led. Is that right?

The points system of the CARS Racing Tour is exactly as you defined it,
JSPorts, with the exception that it doesn't give an extra bonus point
for the most laps led. Instead, the leader at halfway gets 2 bonus
points in the race instead of the standard 1 for managing to lead a lap.
