The championship comes down to a final race shootout between Cole Rouse and Brandon Setzer with Rouse coming in leading by just eight points and both qualifying inside the top-3 positions. Setzer led the opening laps from the pole before Christian Eckes passed him on the first restary but the title fight ends early. Setzer was running second right on Eckes tail when he lost it and smacked the wall hard enough to spin #6, ending his night and effectively handing Rouse the title. Rouse didn't last much longer as and Eckes crashed together while running in the top-5 a few laps later, Rouse's #51 got pinched on the outside and ended up sliding on its left side against the wall and the fence before coming to rest on its driver's side. The night was over early but he got the championship before he exited the race. Rouse ended up defeating Setzer by eight points for the crown, the same margin he came in with. (Minor stat change: The 80 laps listed as led by Cole Rouse belong to Christian Eckes [one position beneath him]) 3. Later Crum straight up spun Stephen Nasse to take the lead. The final lap saw Crum pass Matt Craig for the lead cleanly but Craig put the bumper to Crum in turn 4; Crum went in the wall and lost a bunch of spots while Nasse dove to the inside in turn 4 to pass both Crum and Craig in one fell swoop to swipe the victory. This was Nasse's only CARS Super Late Model Tour win of the year. Jared Fryar spun just after the start of this race to bring out the first caution but rallied back to lead with just three laps to go...but crash out in turn 4 when he and Zane Smith got together as Smith passed him low; a bump that ended with Fryar's #14 going backward into the wall and out of the race. 4. Unlike Rouse his car thankfully came back down on all fours. 5.
