Can't believe this is the first race on this site for Wake County. It's
a tight, banked quarter mile bullring. Always thought it was measured
exactly at a quarter mile but apparently not. 20 cars on there had to be
absolutely jam-packed.

Most importantly - Randy Renfrow sighting! Renfrow's last major racing
series start was a Truck Series race at Dover in 2003, almost a month
before this race's winner, Sam Mayer, was born!
