The 14th place finisher was Jared Fryar in the #17F car

Bobby McCarty and Josh Berry entered the final race as the only two
drivers competing for the Late Model division's title, and they finished
1-2 in the race as well as the standings. Unfortunately for race winner
Josh Berry, leading the full race from the pole wasn't enough to
leapfrog McCarty in the final standings. It was a much more exciting
championship battle than the Super Lates, where Matt Craig coasted to
the CARS SLM title. With so many drivers in the late model ranks
focusing on the big money races around the country or weekly track
championships, not very many focus on a season-long touring championship.

Kind of feel for Josh Berry in this race, because I felt he deserved the
title, but hey congrats!
