12th caution - 98 accident

As mentioned above, Ridley had a part failure and hit the wall head-on,
climbing the wall and going out of the park. Rockingham gets more
attention for having walls that aren't quite at a 90 degree angle with
the track surface, but I-70 had the same quirks.
