Jeff Fultz' first win and his only one of 1996.

The All Pro series' first-ever race at Caraway gave the fans an
unforgettable bang up finish. Mike Cope came into the last lap leading
with Ron Young hot on his tail only for them to crash each other out
going for the win. With the leaders in front of him suddenly eliminated
Fultz inherited the win, leading only the money lap on his way to
victory lane.

This was just Fultz' 10th start in the series. He never finished higher
than eighth before his breakout win.
