At least the top 12 finishers completed all 50 laps;

an article previewing the Myrtle Beach race later in the year stated
that Hal Goodson had completed every single lap to that point. Of
course, that same Myrtle Beach race would be the first time all year
that Goodson didn't finish on the lead lap, coming home 70 laps down.

Reutimann completed 49 laps

Finally unearthed a full-race recap/rundown, seems like very few
journalists stuck around after the truck race to report on anything more
than the winner of this race & the Dash race after John Nemechek (RIP)
was very gravely injured in the Truck race earlier in the day. Even race
preview sheets for subsequent years of All-Pro at Homestead were sparse
on any info for this race in particular.

The top 20 - through Roller - were on the lead lap.
Long & Harmon completed 48 laps
Horton completed 45 laps
Walters completed 44 laps and crashed out
Reutimann completed 39 laps (not 49, to correct my post from 6 months
ago) and crashed out
Powell III completed 38 laps
Young crashed out
Sutherland completed 15 laps
Ingole completed 13 laps
Anderson completed 11 laps
Crow completed 9 laps

Margin of victory - 0.195 seconds

Cautions - 6 for 21 laps:
First - laps 2-5 - 03 accident
Second - laps 26-28 - ???
Third - laps 35-39 - 00, 4 accident
Fourth - laps 40-44 - 00 accident
Fifth - laps 45-48 - 55 accident
