Steven Howard tallies the first of his four All-Pro wins.

Ronnie Burkett matches his best career finish in second.

Steven Christian, an All-Pro regular from 1996 through 1998, makes his
only start of 1999 and his last on the tour. Christian had moved over to
running full time in the USAR Hooters ProCup series in 1999.

Howard's victory here had to be all the sweeter given he had previously
been flagged as the winner at Homestead at the end of the 1998 season
before being DQed when his car failed the post-race tech inspection.
Finally getting that first win without incident here had to be a relief.
