Pole speed - 94.981 mph

First caution - 09 spun turn 4
Sixth caution - 87, 96 accident (Whatever happened must have been big.)

Billy Bigley, Jr. takes the first of his four victories on the way to
the 2000 All-Pro Series championship as the tour visits North Carolina's
Coastal Plains Raceway for the first time. Tar Heel driver Lee Tissot
comes home second.

Billy Mills finishes fourth to claim his only top-5 finish in the series.

Wayne Anderson led much of the first half of the race only to have to
settle for ninth place...but he'd bounce back to win when the All-Pro
tour came back to Coastal Plains later in the season. Coastal Plains
only hosted two All-Pro races with both taking place in the same season.
