Scott Carlson goes back to back at Kentucky to score his third and final
NASCAR Southeast win. This was his only win of the 2003 season.
Carlson's victory was the first for a Pontiac driver in the series in
more than six years and would be the brand's final victory on the tour.

Carlson won $8,325
Hogan won $3,800

Superstition be damned, this Friday the 13th full moon affair went
caution-free and is still to date the fastest stock car race ever run at
Kentucky. It wasn't incident free - Jeff Fultz notably had big engine
issues that contributed to his eventual runner-up points finish despite
winning 60% of the races - but the record still stands 15 years later.

Mike Hogewood and Phil Parsons were the commentators. Glenn Jarrett was
the sole pit road reporter.
