Pole winner: JR Norris (8 car invert)

First caution - laps 90-93 -
Second caution - laps 94-96 -

Jeff Fultz needed to finish 13th or better to clinch the title, needing
drivers behind him like JR Norris to neither win nor lead the most laps.
As it turned out, Norris did lead the most laps and very nearly won
before his car went away late and settled for 2nd.

Zach Niessner trucks in all the way from Washington to make his lone
Southeast Tour start of the year and promptly beats the Southerners to
go home with the trophy after getting past JR Norris in the closing
laps. This was his only Southeast tour win and just his second and final
start in the series.
