Stockton local Harry Balletto makes an impact in his only NASCAR
Southwest Tour start of the season as he dominates the race only for
series regular Troy Beebe to get past him late and take the win. The
victory was the only one of 1989 for Beebe and the Taco Bell special.
The runner-up performance was Balletto's only top-5 run in the series,
he made just six starts in the series with five of them coming here at
Stockton.
