He had an in-car so the broadcast crew could talk to him, and I believe they did that twice; once in pre-race, and once more during a caution period for Jim Inglebright flipping the car at turn 6. 2. Less than three months after this race Park, 45, was shot dead by his wife Pati Park at the California Corvettes dealer he ran because he had been having an affair with another female racer. 3. saltsburgtrojanfan posted: 11.02.2015 - 1:56 am Rate this comment: (0) (0) Caution 1: Lap 5-8: #72 accident Caution 2: Lap 12-14: #93,98 accident Caution 3: Lap 19-21: #20 accident Caution 4: Lap 29-31: debris Caution 5: Lap 35-39: Caution 6: Lap 40-42: #28,48,55,82 accident Lap Leaders Ken Schrader: Lap 1-27 Lance Hooper: Lap 28-29 Rudy Revak: Lap 30-33 Ken Schrader Lap 34-50 4. ericthenau posted: 04.16.2016 - 7:34 pm Rate this comment: (0) (1) The other racer that Larry Park had his affair with was Shauna Marinus, who insisted at Pati Park's trial for her husband Larry's murder that she and Larry did not have a sexual relationship, despite having "expressed feelings" for each other that started sometime in 1993. Also RaceFanX, Larry Park's life ended three and a half months after this race, rather than less than three months. Pole Speed: 91.875 mph 5.
