Lance Hooper holds off Ron Hornaday, Jr. for the win to claim his second
career NASCAR Southwest Tour win. Craig Raudman took the lead on the
opening lap and led until he blew an engine opening the door for Hooper
to win.

The fans who attended this one got their money's worth even though rain
was threatening. After this race was completed the new NASCAR
SuperTrucks, the future Gander Outdoors Truck Series, were brought out
to race in just their third-ever exhibition competition in preparation
for its evolution into a full series for 1995. Gary Collins won the race
after the 20-lap shootout was cut short by rain after just 15 laps.
