Northern California conquers Southern California on this day as Windsor
racer Bryan Germone takes the lead just before halfway then holds off
all challengers on the way to his only Southwest Tour win of the 1995
season. This was the second of Germone's eight Tour victories and his
only one in an Oldsmobile.
