Mark Reed picks up his fourth and final Southwest Tour win.

Former Southwest Tour champion Ron Hornaday, Jr., at the time a NASCAR
Busch series regular, returns to the series for a one-off effort. This
was his final start in the series.

Kevin Harvick scores a top-5 in his only Southwest Tour start of the
2000 season.
