Scott Calvin was an additional DNQ in 34th place, moving the other DNQs
beneath him down a spot.

There were 5 cautions for 33 laps. The "missing" caution ran from laps
12-15.

Second (lap 12) caution - 5, 16, 23, 65, 75, 95 accident turn 2
Fourth (lap 83) caution - 6, 99 accident turn 1
