There was another green flag run from laps 166-167, for the caution
table. And the race was extended to 167 laps, not 157 (pointing out a
small typo, I know, sorry...).

First caution - 61, 94 accident
Second caution - 61 stalled on track
Third caution - 29 spun turn 4
Fourth caution - 28 stalled turn 3
Fifth caution - 03, 2, 11 accident turn 3
