This race was ran under very hot conditions, with the temperature being
a record-setting 97 degrees. The race was started at 10:30 AM local time
in an attempt to beat the heat, but it didn't work very well. Eddy
McKean badly burned his right leg, but being a racer, said that he
wished the race was 20 laps longer because he felt he could have won it
then.

First caution - 55 spun turn 2
Second caution - 4 spun turn 4
Third caution - 53 accident turn 2
Fourth caution - 28 stalled turn 2
Fifth caution - 78 spun frontstretch
Sixth caution - 28 accident turn 2/0 accident turn 3

47 & 55 DNF reasons - Handling
