Carol Harris' best Busch finish in 7th Tator Grady's second and final Busch start results in his best finish in 11th. Both of his starts were at Langley in 1982, it is likely he was a local racer there. 4. And probably not for "smoking too much", smoking per se wasn't considered a problem back then. But almost certainly he was dropping oil or rear end grease on the track, and that would bring out the black flag. I don't recall hearing the term "parked" until well into the '90s, and I've never liked it. It carries too many connotations of "could have kept racing, but NASCAR arbitrarily parked him", whereas "flagged" comes across as "unable to race safely due to damage/mechanical issues". 8.
