Butch Lindley was in #76 and started second.

Found what happened with Lindley. He was on the outside of Tommy Ellis
in turn one when a recently merged lap car (Wayne Broome) swung up the
track into Ellis, who in turn went into Lindley. This sent Ellis and
Lindley up into and through the guardrail and into the pit lane, located
at the track's outside. Lindley's car flipped twice and came to rest on
its door. Ellis was not injured, and Lindley apparently only suffered
bruises.

Looks like it can be safely said that Ellis, Lindley and Broome's DNF
reason would all be "crash"
Lindley was taken to a local hospital for precautionary reasons. There
was a lengthy red flag to clean up the track, the outside pit area, and
to repair the destroyed guardrail.
